Job Description

Client: AssetGain Projects (Hyderabad)

Role to Hire: Senior Sales Manager – Revenue & Growth

Priority: High (Core revenue role)


1. Role Intent (Critical Context)

We are not hiring a traditional real-estate sales head or broker.

This role is for a high-performing B2C closer who is comfortable handling structured sales funnels, high-intent inbound leads, and closing high-ticket deals.

This is a call-driven, inside-sales + meeting closure role, not a field brokerage role.


2. Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹85,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Incentive: 2% commission on profit (quarterly payout)

Upside is meaningful for consistent performers.


3. Ticket Size & Sales Context

Deal Size: ₹75 Lakhs – ₹5 Crores

Product: Apartments & Villas

Leads: Fully company-generated (digital + referrals)

Sales Cycle: Short to mid-cycle with high buyer intent


4. Mandatory Candidate Filters (Non-Negotiable)

Gender Preference: Female

Age: Maximum 32 years

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience (any domain)

Mindset: Target-driven, disciplined, conversion-focused

Compensation Comfort: Must be comfortable with performance-linked incentives


5. Preferred Candidate Backgrounds (Non-Real-Estate)

Strongly preferred industries:

EdTech (BYJU’S, Unacademy, UpGrad)

FinTech (Paytm Sales, KreditBee, Lendingkart)

Insurance / Wealth Distribution

Luxury Auto Sales (BMW / Mercedes dealer networks)


6. Key Responsibilities

Handle company-generated inbound leads (no cold lead generation)

Manage inventory of apartments and villas (pricing, availability, unit mapping)

Conduct structured sales calls and meetings (office, site, virtual)

Present projects clearly and confidently to serious prospects

Handle objections, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally

Convert qualified prospects into confirmed sales

Maintain sales funnel discipline and CRM hygiene

Coordinate with founders on pricing, deal structuring, and closures
