Real Estate Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and aggressive Real Estate Sales Manager for complete field sales operations. This role involves 100% on-ground business development. The candidate will be responsible for independent lead generation, field prospecting, client meetings, and direct closures. No company-generated leads will be provided. The role requires daily field movement and active market presence.

Core Field Responsibilities:

Daily field visits to identify and approach potential customers

Generating leads through personal references

Visiting potential customers at their homes, offices, or preferred locations

Conducting on-site project visits with customers and explaining layout in detail

Setting up kiosks/stalls in high-footfall areas when required

Attending exhibitions, roadshows, and outdoor promotional activities

Building local network connections including brokers, agents, and influencers

Continuous follow-ups through in-person meetings (not just phone calls)

Tracking competitors’ activities in the market

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum [3] years in real estate field sales (plots preferred)

Strong local market knowledge

Proven experience in independent lead generation

Comfortable with extensive travel within the city/outskirts

Two-wheeler mandatory

Highly target-driven and self-motivated

Willing to work on weekends (real estate peak days)
