Role Overview:100% field-based sales. Independent lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and direct closures. No company-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Daily field prospecting & customer visits
✔ Generate leads through references & networking
✔ Conduct site visits & explain project layouts
✔ Kiosk activities, exhibitions & roadshows
✔ Build broker/agent network
✔ Face-to-face follow-ups for closures
✔ Track competitor activity
Requirements:✔ 2+ years in real estate field sales (plots preferred)
✔ Proven self lead generation & closures
✔ Strong local market knowledge
✔ Two-wheeler mandatory
✔ Extensive field travel required
✔ Highly target-driven
✔ Weekend working compulsory
