📝 Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager responsible for managing the complete sales hierarchy including BDMs, BDEs, and Telecalling Executives. The role focuses on building a high-performance sales team, increasing conversions, and driving revenue growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise BDM, BDE, and Telecalling teams
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team
• Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions
• Drive site visit planning and deal closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Implement sales strategies to maximize performance
👥 Team Management:
• Train and mentor sales team members
• Track KPIs and target achievements
• Ensure consistent sales pipeline management
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 3 years of Real Estate industry experience (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven and performance-oriented
