Position: Real Estate Tele Caller and Sales Executive (Male and Female)

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Tele Caller and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via telephone to generate leads and facilitate the sales process. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and qualify leads for our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided contact lists or databases.

Introduce the company's real estate services and offerings to prospects.

Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and timeline for purchasing or renting properties.

Schedule appointments for interested prospects to meet with our sales team or visit properties.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
