Telecaller – Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain company services clearly and confidently.

Generate and qualify leads.

Schedule site visits / appointments for sales team.

Follow up with old and new leads regularly.

Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets.

Handle basic customer objections professionally.

Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.

🎓 Required Skills

Good communication skills (Telugu + English preferred).

Confident and polite speaking tone.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp).

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Target-oriented mindset.

📌 Qualification : Any graduate or intermediate.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Experience0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
