Receptionist Cum Telecaller

• Manage the front desk and professionally welcome walk-in students, clients, and visitors
• Handle incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to prospective students/clients
• Provide clear information about training courses, services, fees, and schedules
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, Facebook inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals
• Follow up on inquiries regularly and maintain accurate inquiry and lead records
• Convert inquiries into admissions/sales by effective counseling and communication
• Maintain student/customer data in Excel sheets and physical registers
• Handle basic office administration tasks such as emails, printing, filing, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day office operations
• Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
