Job Description
We are seeking organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
