Job Description:
- Position: Customer Relations Officer
- Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
- Work Schedule: 10:30 AM to 08:00 PM (No rotational or night shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally
- Maintain reception area's appearance
- Prepare and dispense homeopathic medicines
- Manage inventory of medicines and supplies
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and moderate English
- Basic computer proficiency
Compensation:
