Job Summary

We are looking for Recruiters to manage recruitment for multiple roles. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle mass hiring requirements across multiple positions
  • Source candidates through:
  • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
  • Social media platforms
  • Employee referrals
  • Walk-ins and job fairs
  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
  • Follow up with selected candidates till joining date
  • Maintain candidate database for future requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets



Preferred Qualifications

  • Any graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in BPO / ITES / Field staff / Project hiring is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
