📍 Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad (On-site)

🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

💼 Experience: 3+ Years

🌍 Industry: International Recruitment – Australia & Europe (Automobile / Blue-Collar Hiring)

🔍Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for international clients in Australia and Europe

• Sourcing and screening candidates for automobile and blue-collar roles (technicians, mechanics, operators, etc.)

• Candidate sourcing through job portals, databases, and professional networks

• Interview coordination between candidates and international clients

• Offer negotiation and successful closures

• Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in international or overseas hiring)

• Experience in automobile industry or blue-collar recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• On-site availability
