Current Hiring is For a NEWS Channel, You'll Join as Relationship Manager (Recruiter). Process is About Reporters Hiring, Support and Closures For a NEWS Channel. You Need to Communicate, take the Interviews of Reporters, Explain them Details and Complete Closures.

1. Interested Candidates (Reporters) Apply On Company’s Whatsapp (CRM), Go Through Profile, Understand in Detail. (We Handle All Sourcing Part You Need Not Do Anything Here)

LEAD TRANSFER (Leads are Transferred to You Once We Receive From Candidates)

2. Connect With Applicants, Communicate in Detail & Build Proper Conversations through Chat. Get the Details of the Candidates If they Do Not Share.

3. Welcome Call Call Every Candidate, Inform them that we Received all Details and also Inform Them the Basic Details of Our News Network. Complete a Basic Interview Call (Questions & Script Provided ) Also Tell them We’re Scheduling a Zoom Session to Know More or Share them the Relevant Videos (As Directed By Sales Head)

4. Follow Up Call Explaining NEWS Channel & Programs And Make them Understand Everything More in Detail. (*Follow Up with all Candidates to Join Zoom Session), Need to Explain Everything in Detail and Explain Joining Process, Procedure and Everything)

Clear any Doubts & Escalate Calls if Required. Show them & Explain all Details of NEWS Portals to Make them Understand.

6.Closure: Explain in detail and complete Closure. What Benefits they get How Many Benefits they Get, have to Convince the Reporter /constituency In charge what all benefits they get as a Reporter. Activate their Account.

6.JOINING Explain on Joining Formalities & Procedures. Follow Up to Complete Payment (Payment Process Explanation), which also Explained to them Clearly During Call Itself ) & Make Closure.

Complete the Closure.

Leads: 500 /Month

Closures: 100

Average Closure Price: 800 Rupees. (May Change Any Time)

Pay : 18,000 / Month (Target Based)

Pay Per Closure: Rs. 180 (If Less Than 100 Closures, it's 120 Per Closure)

Incentives: 200 Per Closure (Beyond 100)

Training & Probation: 7 Days

Pay Date : 5th of Every Month

Timings: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday
