Repair And Maintenance Co-ordinator

The Repair and Maintenance Co-ordinator (RMC) will be responsible for managing end-to-end repair and maintenance activities, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal engineering teams. The role focuses on timely issue resolution, proactive communication, and delivering a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and manage R & M service tickets for customer-reported issues
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the engineering/service team
• Coordinate with internal teams to diagnose, repair and resolve issues efficiently
• Track and follow up on ticket progress to ensure timely closure
• Provide regular updates to customers on repair status and expected timelines
• Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for all RMA cases
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and take proactive steps to fasten the process
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, updates, and closures
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free RMA process for customers
• Escalate critical issues when required

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of service/repair workflows (preferably in electronics, CCTV, or IT hardware)
• Ability to handle multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in ticketing tools, Excel, and basic reporting
• Customer-centric approach with professional communication
