Job Title: Reservations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Executive with a strong background in Travel & Tourism Management (TTM).

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, system handling knowledge, and the ability to manage hotel and travel bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book transportation and hotel reservations using computer systems or telephone.

• Handle booking requests from guests, corporate clients, and travel agents via phone, email, or online platforms.

• Ensure all booking information is accurately entered into the reservation system.

• Maintain and update room availability across online booking platforms.

• Interact with customers to understand destination preferences, travel dates, transportation mode, budget, and accommodation requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and internal teams for smooth booking confirmations.

• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues.

• Maintain proper documentation and reservation records.

Requirements:

✔ having a TTM (Travel & Tourism Management) background is add on

✔ Strong communication skills (Telugu, English and Hindi preferred)

✔ Good knowledge of travel booking systems and online portals

✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

✔ Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously

✔ Customer-oriented approach
