Reservations Executive – Domestic
Responsibilities
• Handling domestic hotel reservations across India
• Coordinating with local hotels, transport vendors, and sightseeing providers
• Booking rooms, cabs, sightseeing vehicles, and transfers
• Negotiating hotel rates and availability
• Coordinating with sales and itinerary team for booking confirmations
• Managing amendments, cancellations, and last-minute bookings
• Maintaining vendor relationships with domestic hotels and transport suppliers
• Ensuring accurate booking confirmations and documentation
