Job Description
- Sales & Business RulesAchieve monthly sales targets & KPIs
- Plan promotions, offers, and displays
- Analyze sales reports and improve performance
- Increase customer walk-ins and conversions
- 3. Staff Management RulesHire, train, and supervise staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Motivate team to achieve targets
- Handle discipline issues and conflicts
- 4. Customer Service RulesEnsure high customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints and returns properly
- Maintain brand image and service quality
- Guide customers with product knowledge
- 5. Inventory & Stock RulesMaintain proper stock levels
- Monitor stock movement (inward/outward)
- Avoid stock loss or damage
- Coordinate with warehouse/suppliers
- 6. Cash & Billing RulesMonitor daily sales and cash handling
