Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Manage daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, cash handling, and reporting.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage replenishments.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and implement action plans to boost revenue.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.

• RequirementsGraduate in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of POS systems and basic accounting.
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as required.
