Job Description

Mineral wool, insulation, rockwool, thermal insulation, iioyds insulation, polybond insulation, Goenka Rockwool, RB slab rolls, Glass wool, Rockwool insulation, Hot insulation, Aluminium Cladding, Balco/Nalco/Jindal, Interior products, False ceilings. BD in Interior products. Architect specifications


Marketing

1. To generate enquiries

a. Send brochures, data sheets, etc.

b. Send promotion emailers, etc

2. Maintain updated list of enquiries generated, quotes submitted, due delivery

acknowledgements, due payments, etc.

3. Obtain completion certificate from Customers

4. Be responsible for customer’s experience with Macan – Good or Bad.

5. Have interaction posts in social media platform – such as linkedIn

6. Coordinate with the ad agency for making new marketing collaterals.

7. Get market information of competitors

8. Build data base of new and up-coming projects, this will include

a. Architects

b. Consultants

c. PMC’s

9. To send order completion report to the customer to get completion certificate for records

Sales

1. To prepare and send quotations

2. Follow up with customers for orders

3. Sales back end commercial work

a. Coordinate with sales representatives

b. Prepare sales documents by thoroughly evaluating the Customer’s Purchase Order

to be in line with company’s sales policy.

c. Send PI wherever required and pursue for advance.

d. Obtain dispatch clearance from customer either directly or through sales

representative

e. Review production plan along with Commercial Department

f. Prepare documents (QAP, etc) and coordinate with all departments including the

customer for inspection to be carried out at factory

g. Pursue with commercial and factory for material readiness and dispatch

h. Coordinate with factory, commercial and transporters & place vehicles

i. Get delivery/LR acknowledgements from transporters

j. Send original invoice and other documents to customer for payment after supply of

materials


k. Follow up for payment and statutory forms

l. Generate sale invoices.

4. Coordinate with Accounts, Commercial, Sales and Customer for all matters pertaining to

sales

5. Maintain records and files of all customers including correspondences had with them.
