Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target new customers through cold calling, field visits, and online marketing channels
- Develop business opportunities through partnerships and referrals
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Explain company products and services to potential clients
- Convince clients and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales
3. Marketing Activities
- Participate in online and offline marketing campaigns
- Promote company brand through social media, events, and exhibitions
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints
- Work on customer satisfaction and retention
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
