Job SummaryWe are hiring experienced Senior Sales Executives for farm land and agricultural real estate sales on a salary+commission-basis. This opportunity is designed for high-performing sales professionals who want uncapped earnings, premium incentives, and international exposure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSell farm land and agricultural properties to investors and HNI clients
- Generate and close high-value deals independently
- Conduct site visits, land inspections, and client presentations
- Guide clients on land usage, documentation, zoning, and investment potential
- Negotiate pricing and close transactions efficiently
- Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Coordinate with internal legal and documentation teams
- Stay informed on farm land market trends and regulations
