Job-title : Operations and Sales Executive 

key responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads regularly.

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable holiday packages.

• Clearly explain product features and guide customers on package usage. 

• Conduct engaging and effective sales conversations with customers.

• Convert qualified leads into successful holiday package sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business, referrals, and feedback.

• Stay updated on current holiday packages, offers, and destination details.

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

• Ensure timely collection of documents and payments from customers.

• Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term customer relationships
