Job Description
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Follow up with customers for bookings and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments.
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery process and documentation.
- Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
