1 | Job Title | Sales Executive – Passenger Vehicles

2 | Purpose of the Role | To drive vehicle sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a seamless buying experience that enhances dealership reputation and customer loyalty.

3 | Key Responsibilities | Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a professional first impression; Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain features/benefits; Generate and follow up on leads through CRM, calls, and digital platforms; Negotiate pricing, financing, and finalize sales agreements; Coordinate with delivery and customer experience teams for smooth handover; Maintain knowledge of competitor products and industry trends; Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management; Prepare daily enquiry and conversion reports for dealership leadership

4 | Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent; Certification in sales or automotive retail preferred

5 | Skills & Competencies | Strong communication and persuasion skills; Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel reporting; Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability; Negotiation and closing skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

6 | Experience | 1–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail

7 | Reporting Structure | Reports To: Team Leader / Sales Manager / General Manager – Sales

8 | Working Hours | 09:30 to 18:30 hours; Requires weekend availability and occasional travel for customer visits
