Job Description
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers
- Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital platforms
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, and documentation
- Coordinate with RTO, finance, and insurance teams
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer database and sales records
