Sales Development Representative

Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Lexodd, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. Your primary mission is to source, engage, qualify, and schedule meetings with prospects to build a strong pipeline for the sales team. Key Responsibilities

Lead generation & prospecting

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential B2B clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels. 

• Research target accounts and decision-makers to build tailored prospect lists. 

• Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. 

• Book appointments with prospect clients.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and strong interpersonal abilities. 

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently. 

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or B2B lead generation (SaaS/tech domain). 

• Experience with outbound prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
