Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for a field sales role at Bachupally, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and selling the company’s products or services to achieve sales targets. This role involves regular field visits and client meetings.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
• Meet potential customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collect payments or orders as per company process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM.
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel daily for field work.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (fixed).
• Travel Allowance: Provided.
• Performance-based incentives (if applicable).
