Sales Executive

1. Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach companies that need transport services (factories, warehouses, traders).

• Generate new clients for truck or lorry transportation.
• Visit potential customers and explain the company’s transport services.

2. Sales & Business Development

Promote transportation and logistics services.

• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with clients.
• Achieve monthly or yearly sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

• Handle customer queries related to delivery, pricing, and schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Coordination with Operations

Coordinate with lorry coordinators or dispatch teams to arrange vehicles.

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Communicate client requirements to the operations team.

5. Market Research

Monitor transport market rates and competitors.

• Identify new business opportunities in logistics and transportation.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare quotations, invoices, and contracts.

• Maintain sales records and customer databases.
• Submit daily or weekly sales reports to management

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills
