Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales Executives (Freshers & Experienced) to promote and sell ERP software solutions and home automation switch products. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, product demonstrations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and online channels
• Promote and sell ERP software solutions and automation products
• Conduct product demos and explain features clearly
• Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers :

• Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Interest in sales and client handling
• Willingness to do field work

Experienced (1–5 Years) :

• Experience in software sales / product sales / field sales
• Strong ability to generate leads and close deals
• Experience in ERP / IT / automation products is a big plus
• Understanding of sales cycle and client handling

Required Skills :

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confidence in client interaction
• Basic understanding of software/products
• Target-oriented mindset
• MS Excel / CRM knowledge (basic) 

Salary :

• Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
• Experienced: ₹20,000+ + High Incentives

Working Days & Timings :

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
