We are seeking a motivated Tele-Calling Sales Executive to join our client acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying them based on interest and project stage, and scheduling consultations with the management team.


This role plays a key part in KoreBuild’s client journey — being the first point of communication and ensuring leads are effectively nurtured and moved through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential clients from the lead list provided by management.
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and timelines.
  • Schedule Zoom/Phone meetings between qualified leads and management.
  • Maintain and update client details and call status in the CRM system.
  • Perform timely follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the marketing and management teams to optimize calling scripts and lead conversion processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship roles (preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Telugu.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing digital lead lists.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
