Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager with at least 1 year of real estate experience to handle sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling site visits, negotiations, and closures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Handle sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing of deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and post-sales teams for smooth customer handling.
• Maintain and update sales reports, client databases, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and offerings.
• Required Experience & QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Good understanding of real estate projects, documentation, and pricing.
• Graduation preferred (any discipline).
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.
