Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for both branches

Monitor sales funnel, test ride conversions & retail closures

Guide sales executives, track performance & daily productivity

Plan local marketing, field activities & lead generation

Ensure strong customer follow-up for bookings & deliveries

2️⃣ Service Operations Management

Oversee daily service operations, job card flow & customer satisfaction

Coordinate with Service Advisors & Technicians

Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and quality repair work

Handle escalations & maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

Track spare parts consumption, warranty claims & workshop efficiency

3️⃣ Branch Operations & Administration

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both branches

Revenue, billing, daily cash reconciliation & basic MIS

Maintain showroom & workshop hygiene, manpower discipline

Monitor attendance, staff performance & overall branch productivity

Handle coordination between Sales, Service & Spares departments

4️⃣ Performance Tracking & Reporting

Daily/weekly reporting on sales, service & operations

Track KPIs: Footfalls, enquiries, conversions, service inflow, labour revenue

Implement process improvements and SOP adherence

🔶 Requirements

5–10 years experience in 2-Wheeler dealership (Sales + Service Mandatory)

Ability to manage two branches independently

Strong communication, customer handling & team management skills

Hands-on experience in DMS & basic Excel

Ability to handle escalations & ensure high customer satisfaction

Strong leadership mindset with numbers-driven approach
