SALES MANAGER (B2B)

The Sales & Marketing Manager (B2B) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence for the organisation in Pre Location: Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Indoor, Raipur, Raj court, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Bangalore, Mysore. 

Experience in Medical Equipment, Hospital/Diagnostic Sales, IT soultions sales

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales and marketing strategy for healthcare IT products like HIMS (Hospital Information Management System),
• High-performing sales manager to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients ability to engage with promotors/owners of hospitals.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels within the healthcare ecosystem
• Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with product team for demo, implementation, and support to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs; present performance reports to senior leadership
• Represent the company at industry events, healthcare forums, and strategic meetings
