Job Description
- Promote laboratory diagnostic tests and services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, lab technicians, and hospital staff
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly basis
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with existing and potential clients
- Explain test profiles, packages, pricing, and turnaround times to clients
- Coordinate with sample collection, logistics, and technical teams for smooth operations
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new opportunities
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Participate in health camps, CMEs, and promotional activities
- Maintain daily sales reports and client visit records
