1) Relationship Officer / Sales Executive (Loans)
Responsibilities:
Generate loan leads through field visits
Meet customers and explain loan products
Collect basic documents and support for signatures & pickups
Share complete leads to Operations Team
No banker follow-ups
No backend processing
Eligibility:
Freshers or experienced in Sales/DSA/Banking
Good communication (Telugu / Hindi / English)
Two-wheeler preferred for field work

2) Sales Operations Executive (Loan Processing / Backend)
Preference: Ladies Preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle customer documentation
Login files with banks/partners
Coordinate with banks for approvals & disbursals
Maintain records in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with Sales Team for missing documents & signatures
Eligibility:
Graduate preferred
Experience in DSA / Bank backend is an advantage
Good follow-up and coordination skills

3) Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
Preference: Ladies Preferred
Responsibilities:
Call customers and explain loan options
Qualify leads and fix appointments for Sales Team
Maintain call and lead tracker
