Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive / Tele Caller with a proven track record in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in closing deals over calls, and capable of achieving monthly sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Explain company products/services clearly and confidently to customers

Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales

Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending payments

Maintain and update customer data in CRM or tracking sheets

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections professionally and close deals

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution

Identify market trends and customer requirements

Build long-term relationships with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Tele Calling

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred)

Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills

Target-driven mindset with consistent performance history

Experience in B2B/B2C sales (any industry)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets

Ability to work independently and under pressure
