Job Description

Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate (2–5 Years Experience)

  1. A dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of proven experience in the real estate sector, specializing in residential and open plot sales.
  2. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic lead generation, persuasive communication, and strong client relationship management.
  3. Skilled in converting high-intent leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals with end-users, investors, and NRI buyers.
  4. Core Competencies:Strong experience in open plots, residential
  5. Sales Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently Expertise in site visits, negotiations, closing deals, and documentation
  6. Hands-on experience with digital lead handling (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, Portals)Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  7. Ability to manage B2C & channel partner networks CRM handling, lead tracking, and pipeline management
  8. Knowledge of DTCP, RERA, and HMDA project norms


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads through cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and field activities
  2. Conduct project presentations and coordinate site visits with prospects
  3. Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions
  4. Manage negotiations and convert qualified leads into successful closures
  5. Maintain a strong follow-up process for hot, warm, and cold leads
  6. Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
  7. Support marketing campaigns and assist in promotional events
