Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a 1-5 years' experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with a highly motivated, target-driven approach to Sales who can generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and contribute to business growth. This role is performance-based with attractive monthly incentives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and digital platforms
• Meet potential clients and present company offerings clearly
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Execute marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, site visits, etc.)
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports
• Consistent follow-up and pipeline management

(Targets will be discussed based on experience and role level)

• 💰 Salary & Incentives Structure:Fixed Salary: ₹[15,000 – 50,000] per month
• Performance Incentives: Based on Performance & Monthly Targets.
