Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (construction/real estate preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle client meetings confidently.

Basic knowledge of construction services and packages is an advantage.

Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for construction projects.
• Handle client inquiries related to residential and commercial construction services.
• Explain company construction packages, design services, and project details to potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering team for project discussions.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on lead progress.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote company services through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
