Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving property sales, managing client relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Coordinate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
