Sales & Marketing Manager

Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization’s services, increasing admissions/sales, building brand awareness, and achieving revenue targets through effective marketing strategies and direct sales efforts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
• Counsel parents/customers about products/services and convert enquiries into admissions/sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with academic/operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Participate in school events, open houses, exhibitions, and campaigns
• Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media promotions, advertisements, and content coordination
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support branding activities and ensure brand consistency
• Assist in organizing promotional events, seminars, and workshops
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales & marketing (education industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with good negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
