Role Overview

We are looking for a Reservations & Guest Experience Executive to handle all incoming booking enquiries, convert them into confirmed reservations, and ensure guests have a smooth and memorable experience from first contact to check-out.

This is a voice + chat role — you will be speaking with guests on the phone and responding to messages on WhatsApp, Airbnb, Instagram DMs, and other platforms. If you love talking to people, making them feel welcome, and enjoy the idea of working in hospitality — this role is for you.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, front desk, telecalling, or a similar guest-facing role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent spoken English — this is a voice role and your communication quality matters
• Warm, patient, and people-friendly personality
• Comfortable working on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday are peak days)
• Basic familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or MakeMyTrip is a plus
• Quick learner — comfortable picking up new tools and CRM systems
• Ability to stay calm and find solutions when guests face issues
