Outbound Sales & Virtual Closures Location: Hyderabad, Telangana | Full-Time | Immediate
Joining Compensation Structure
• In-Hand Salary: ■30,000 – ■40,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: ■50,000+ per month (Uncapped)
• Total Earning Potential: ■80,000 – ■1,20,000+ per month
Role Overview We are hiring a high-performance Sales Team Leader who will manage outbound tele-callers, drive revenue, take Virtual Meetings with qualified prospects, and directly contribute to closures.
This role combines Team Management, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Ownership. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and mentor a team of 8–15 outbound tele-callers.
• Conduct daily target alignment meetings and performance reviews.
• Monitor funnel metrics: Dial → Connect → Qualified → VC → Closure.
• Own monthly revenue targets and conversion ratios.
• Take Virtual Meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) with qualified prospects.
• Deliver structured presentations and confidently handle objections.
• Close deals and ensure revenue realization.
• Listen to live and recorded calls and conduct coaching sessions.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of outbound sales experience (minimum 1 year as TL preferred).
• Strong virtual presentation and closing skills.
• Revenue-driven and target-aggressive mindset.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling ability.
• Experience with CRM and dialer tools.
• High ownership and leadership mindset.
