A CBSE School Teacher (PRT/TGT/PGT) is responsible for delivering curriculum, planning lessons, conducting assessments, and managing classroom activities in alignment with CBSE guidelines

Key Responsibilities (JD):

• Teaching & Pedagogy: Delivering engaging, child-centered lessons following CBSE guidelines, integrating technology, and adhering to NCERT textbooks.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Designing, conducting, and evaluating scholastic and co-scholastic activities, including periodic assessments, projects, and final examinations, aligned with CCE/CBSE norms.
• Classroom Management: Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Administrative Duties: Maintaining attendance records, student progress reports, and participating in staff meetings.
• Lesson Planning: Preparing comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning objectives.
• Parent Communication: Communicating student progress through PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and regular reports.
