Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Instruction & Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, utilizing diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning needs.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Create tests, grade assignments, and provide regular feedback on student progress to foster growth.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment conducive to learning.
• Communication: Meet with parents or guardians to discuss student progress, behavioral issues, and academic goals.
• Mentorship & Support: Provide emotional, social, and academic support, acting as a mentor to students.
• Collaboration: Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide events.
