Job Title: Security Guard – Residential Premises

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type: Full-time (Live-in Position)

Reporting To: Head of Household

Timings: Should be flexible for Rotational shifts (Morning & Night) with 12 Hrs of Duty, also Sunday will be working and week Off will be given accordingly.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Security Guard to manage the safety, entry, and overall security of the residence. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, alert, and capable of maintaining accurate records, communicating clearly, and coordinating with the household team.

This is a live-in role with food and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of all visitors, vehicles, and household staff.
• Maintain registers/logbooks for:
• Visitors (name, contact, purpose, time in/out)
• Vehicle movement (incoming and outgoing)
• Household staff attendance and vendor visits.
• Verify identity of all persons entering the premises and ensure proper authorization.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and prevent any suspicious activity.
• Keep the residence gates and surroundings clean, organized, and secured.
• Share photos and updates in the designated WhatsApp group for transparency and daily reporting.
• Respond promptly to any security or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with household staff and management for deliveries and scheduled visits.
• Ensure lights, CCTV, and other security systems are functioning properly and report any faults immediately.
• Maintain discipline, proper uniform, and respectful behaviour at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass (able to read and write in English).
• Basic reading and writing skills in English are mandatory.
• Speaking knowledge of Hindi is required; Telugu is an added advantage.
• Must be able to use a smartphone and WhatsApp to send updates and pictures.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard (residential or corporate premises preferred).
• Physically fit, alert, and responsible with good observation skills.
• Should be ready to stay at the residence (accommodation provided).
• Honest, punctual, and respectful behaviour toward the Head of Household and family.
