Position Overview:The Space Story’s by Preethi Reddy is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Architect / Business Development Manager to lead high-end interior design projects while contributing to the strategic growth of the firm. This unique role requires a balance of design expertise, client management, and business development capabilities within the premium residential and commercial interior space.

• Key Responsibilities1. Design Leadership & Project ManagementDrive the design process from concept to completion for luxury interior projects.
• Develop mood boards, detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.
• Oversee site execution to ensure the design intent and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• 2. Client Interaction & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Meet clients as required throughout the design and execution phases.
• Present design concepts and proposals confidently and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• 3. Business Development & Brand BuildingIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in premium residential and commercial sectors.
• Network with architects, builders, developers, and HNIs to generate quality leads.
• Represent The Space Story’s at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand visibility and client outreach strategies.
• 4. Internal Coordination & DocumentationWork closely with the in-house design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure project success.
• Review BOQs, contracts, project timelines, and client documentation.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
• Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury interiors and/or business development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling end-to-end interior design projects is essential.
• Ability to multi-task across creative and strategic responsibilities.
