Job Description
Senior Channel Sales Manager (B2B)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager (B2B) to drive multi-state channel expansion. The role involves building dealer/distributor networks, managing EPC partners, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth for solar rooftop and on-grid solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage channel partners (dealers/distributors/EPCs)
- Achieve sales & revenue targets for assigned regions
- Conduct market mapping & partner performance reviews
- Provide product training & support to channel teams
- Collaborate with technical, operations & marketing teams
Requirements:
- 5–10 years in B2B/Channel Sales (Solar/Electrical/Power preferred)
- Strong partner management & negotiation skills
- Proven experience in expanding dealer networks
- Excellent communication & target-driven approach
- Qualification: B.Tech / MBA (preferred)
