Job Description:

• Lead and manage civil/structural design teams for manufacturing and construction projects.
• Oversee structural design, detailing, and review of drawings and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Guide design detailers and ensure high-quality documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review technical documentation, BOQs, and design reports; address site/design issues.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in RCC and steel structural design.
• Hands-on experience managing structural design detailers.
• Excellent knowledge of engineering documentation and design deliverables.
• Familiarity with IS/ACI/BS/Euro codes (as applicable).
• Leadership, mentoring, and client-facing skills.
