Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts & Admin.

 

The candidate is expected to independently handle Accounting, MIS, and Administration functions, including maintaining financial and personnel records, ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations, provide accurate financial reporting and communication of MIS reports to stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

·        Excellent written and oral communication in English / Hindi / Telugu etc

·        Good spoken communication skills in Telugu

·        Maintain accurate daily financial transactions

·        Prepare periodic financial statements (PNL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

·        Prepare ad hoc financial reports as desired by management

·        Preparation of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements

·        Daily Bank reconciliation and manage Cash

·        Work with statutory auditors to prepare financial statements and reporting; follow up and comply with auditor recommendations

·        Manage Accounts Payable / Receivables and Vendor payments

·        Prepare payroll statement based on inputs provided

·        Prepare and Present data-oriented reports and insights on financial health of the company, including projections under guidance from management

·        Vendor Management and Administration functions

 

Qualifications and Skills

Education: CA Intermediate pass

Experience: Minimum 8 years excluding Articleship

 

Skills:

a) Strong practical experience in TALLY Prime, MS Excel, MS Word

b) Strong knowledge of Accounting rules and best practices

c) Strong Knowledge of Taxation (GST, TDS etc)

d) Knowledge of PF procedures

e) Must be Detail Oriented and have the drive to get to solutions to problems by taking initiative

f) Maintain Confidentiality

g) Must be a go-getter, show eagerness to learn and contribute towards bringing efficiencies to the organization

 

Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
