Job Description

The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  1. Screening & Shortlisting:

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  1. Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  1. Employer Branding & Networking:

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice on social media and professional networks.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and industry networks.
  1. HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
  • Provide insights on hiring trends and challenges to management.
  1. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for each candidate.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling mid to senior-level roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
