Social Media & Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Social Media & Sales Coordinator to join Vibe Holiday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, generating and following up on leads, and handling bookings for travel packages.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Monitor insights and performance to improve engagement and reach

Respond to queries, comments, and messages promptly

Lead Management:

Handle incoming travel inquiries and leads via social media, email, or phone

Maintain a proper follow-up system to convert leads into confirmed bookings

Sales Support & Bookings:

Share travel package details and customized itineraries with clients

Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, payments, and confirmations

Maintain records of bookings and client interactions

Customer Service:

Provide pre and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction

Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism

Reporting:

Prepare weekly reports on leads, bookings, and social media performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing or travel sales preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages

Familiar with social media tools and CRM systems

Ability to multitask and work independently

Work Type: Full-Time

Location: Pedha Golconda, Hyderabad 

Experience: Fresher to 6 Months

Salary: 15,000k to 20,000k per month
